Q. What is the coverage area, and what are the delivery charges for surprise delivery?
We currently cover part of Selangor and Negeri Sembilan (or a 25-kilometre radius from our store).
The delivery charge is RM1 per KM from our store located at Semenyih, Selangor.
However, customers can choose self-pickup via Lalamove or Grab to ensure items can be delivered at a specific time.
Q. I need a bouquet delivered or picked up right now! Is it possible?
Yes! We have plenty of bouquets ready to deliver or pick up, but delivery will depend on the availability of the delivery slot we have.

Yes! You can come and drop by our store at Bloonsea, Semenyih.

Q. When is the delivery time if I order a bouquet?
Delivery is from 12pm to 6pm. However, customers can request early delivery if they order one day before. It depends on availability.
Q. What is the delivery cutoff time?
We do same-day delivery. The cut-off time for same-day delivery is 4pm.
Q. Can I customise my own bouquet with my favourite flowers or design?
Yes, you can! You can WhatsApp us at 019-646-2406 with your thoughts and ideas, and we will have a conversation about whether we are able to fulfil your needs. You can basically customise the entire bouquet, from the flower to the wrapping paper to even the design of the bouquet.
Q. Can I request to deliver at a specific time?
Due to potential unforeseen traffic or weather circumstances, we don't offer specific delivery times for customers outside the Semenyih area. The customer, however, can choose self-pickup via Lalamove or Grab to ensure the item can be delivered at a specific time.
Q. If there is no one to receive the bouquet when we reach the delivery address,
We will contact the receiver, notice the sender, and either leave it there or take it to the doorstep, guard house, reception, or neighbour with the permission of the sender or receiver. To make another day or route for delivery, you will incur extra delivery charges.
Q. What if I need a redelivery or reroute to another address?
Please note that for re-delivery in circumstances such as those listed below, you will be charged RM 15 or a standard delivery charge (depending on which is higher).
1. Wrong or invalid delivery address
2. The recipient is not home, and both the buyer and recipient are uncontactable for more than 10 minutes without any prior special delivery instructions given.
Q. How is delivery done?
We have our own in-house delivery team. They travel by van or car. In some cases, we hired third-party dispatchers.
Q. Do you rider deliver to door?
For landed properties, shop lots or easily accessed properties, yes. For guarded office buildings, condominiums or in cases when the guards do not allow our riders in, we may have to request the recipients to approach our riders to collect the products.
Q. Can i track my order?
Our riders usually keep their hands on the steering wheels and are unable to perform real time update all the time to ensure safety. If you require their immediate location, kindly contact our customer service and we will assist you on that.
Q. What is the payment option?
We currently accept cash (walk-in), FPX payments, credit cards, and e-wallets.
